Michelle began her career at ANZ Bank Vietnam, working in overseas payments and client relationship management. There, she spent four years serving international and high-net-worth clients—learning first-hand what foreign investors truly care about: clarity, security, process, and trust.
In 2018, she transitioned into international residential real estate, joining Savills Vietnam, where she quickly distinguished herself by approaching every transaction not as a sale, but as an investment decision. Within one year, Michelle became Top 3 Best Sales at Savills Vietnam, and later led high-performing sales teams at Huttons Vietnam.
After years of advising foreign investors, Michelle recognized a critical gap in Vietnam’s residential real estate market: Investors were not looking for more listings; they were looking for guidance, structure, and accountability. MPRE Vietnam was founded to redefine what a real estate agency can be—focusing on being selective, not transactional, and relationship-driven, not volume-driven.
